Snow Biscuit curbs away from monotonous accommodation, enabling you to enjoy a blissful stay with mountain and river views. Landscaping is the beating heart of the whole property, where guests relax, enjoy nature and make outdoor travel plans. The Snow Biscuit vibe is apt for nature lovers, small groups of friends and couples alike. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to Government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the Snow Biscuit. Prepayment is mandatory before arrival at the property.Guest are responsible for their own personal belongings. Payment is strictly non-refundable.Right to admission is reserved. – Standard Check-In time is 11 noon and standard Check-Out time is 10 AM. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are subject to availability and discretion of the property. Snow Biscuit does not hold responsibility for the quality of service given by third party service providers like cab, tiffin meal and local guide. Certain polices are booking specific and they are notified at the time of booking.
Privacy Policy
We collect your information for the safety of our users who use our platform and guests who book through Snow Biscuit website to understand who we are accommodating at our properties and for the safety of staff. In addition, website user and guest data is collected for statistical purposes. We also collect our guests’ nationality, date of birth, gender, for statistical analysis purposes. For reservations, we send guests confirmation emails and will therefore require your email address. Exceptions may occur in the case of us needing to contact previous guests in relation to post or lost property.
Cancellation Policy
The payment is strictly non-refundable. Payment in cash/ online is mandatory before using any paid amenity. Guests can pay directly to third party services like cab, tiffin meal and guide etc. Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, government regulations, or any other event that makes it impossible or unsafe to fulfill the reservation, SnowBiscuit will provide alternative accommodation of equal or higher value. In case the guest is unsatisfied with the alternative accommodation, his booking credit will be maintained and the guest may choose to stay at any SnowBiscuit property in the next two years, subject to availability. It is further clarified that nil refund will be provided in such a case.

How long we retain your data
